This 4-week contemplative discourse series offers a deeper immersion into Sattva—the principle of clarity, harmony, and balanced awareness—and the application of Satvavajaya Chikitsa, Ayurveda’s approach to stabilizing and strengthening the mind.
Each session weaves together classical wisdom from Ayurveda and Yoga with modern understanding of the nervous system, guiding you into a more refined relationship with perception, thought, and response.
Through structured reflection, gentle inquiry, and practical integration, you will begin to recognize how patterns of reactivity form—and how they can be transformed through awareness.
This is course that teaches the process of reorienting the mind toward steadiness, coherence, and inner luminosity.
Over four weeks, we will explore:
• The nature of Sattva and its role in health, resilience, and longevity
• How perception shapes physiology and the progression of imbalance
• The foundations of Satvavajaya as a pathway of mental and emotional regulation
• Practices to cultivate discernment (viveka), stabilize awareness, and support lasting clarity
As clarity stabilizes, the system rebalances—supporting not only mental ease, but deeper vitality, connection, and presence in daily life.
